Gel Print Nest Fix
I’ve tried before with no success and wants to attempt again. So out of all the attempts this one was the only one that intrigued me. And it was even what I consider a fail. But I was determined to save it some how. I started with brownish first layer of acrylic paint on the plate. Layed some shredded packing and a small wire wreath I made. Placed parchment over top and rubbed till most of the brown was picked up. Let that dry and then a layer of parchment/ yellow over that.

A look back
I’ve been bouncing back and forth with 3 different types of printing methods for the past couple years. Eco Printing, Cyanotype, and Gel Plate Printing. I will always have the resources to do the first two when the mood arises. I intend to focus on using the gel plate this year. So many options!
